By Practitioners, not consultants.
A practice of curriculum developers, subject-matter experts and
adult educators, trusted by Approved Training Organisations (ATOs).
We accept a limited number of new engagements each quarter.
No two engagements are alike, and none are drawn from a template.
Curriculum developers and adult educators registered on the National Adult Educator Registry.
Led by a senior professional adult educator with close to one hundred courseware submissions.
Invited by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to speak on best practices in strengthening training quality through effective AE systems and practices.
Learning ought not to be priced out of reach of the people who most need to learn. The practice keeps its costs deliberately modest so the fees never find their way down to the learner.
A short heritage, plainly stated.
Four markers from the practice's correspondence, the milestones we feel comfortable putting on paper, and which a curious reader might want to weigh before writing to us.
The practice opens by invitation, the beginning of a growing community of curriculum developers and adult educators.
The practice has rendered curriculum and advisory services across thirteen Approved Training Organisations, spanning multiple sectors and learning frameworks.
Approaching one hundred SSG courseware submissions completed collectively across the practice, spanning WSQ and non-WSQ certifiable courses.
Courseware reaches the industry at scale, including the FTIC Code of Conduct workshop reported by The Business Times in 2022.

The questions most often put to the practice, answered plainly,
in the same register as our correspondence.
Accessible pricing is a design choice, not a discount. The practice is structured to that end: a community of senior practitioners working under modest overheads, no staffed office to maintain, no marketing budget to recover and no placement margin levied on the SMEs we source. The fee covers the work and the people doing it, and nothing more. We hold to it because the sector we serve, and the learners beyond it, are better off when good curriculum and sound advisory remain within reach of the providers who need them.
Where your engagement can be matched from our community, the introduction is free. Where our practitioners cannot match the engagement, we source through the usual recruitment channels (Jobstreet and the like) and recover only the direct costs of the search. There is no placement fee.
No. 2birds does not hold a recruitment licence and we do not place candidates into employment. We make introductions between training providers and practitioners we know; the arrangement, the rates and the working relationship are entirely between the two parties.
Every engagement is led by a Level 3 Senior Professional AE under TAEPP, accompanied by at least two DACE / DDDLP accredited curriculum developers, scaling to three where the engagement requires. We do not subcontract; every practitioner joins us by invitation.
Twenty minutes of correspondence, by call or by note, to understand the engagement, the timeline and the form of SSG funding that fits the course. We will tell you, plainly, whether the work is something we should take on and what it would cost. There is no obligation either way.
