The growing community

By Practitioners, not consultants.

A practice of curriculum developers, subject-matter experts and adult educators, trusted by Approved Training Organisations (ATOs).

We take only a handful of engagements each quarter, so that each one has our undivided attention. Every one begins on a blank page, written for the situation in front of us. We keep no templates, and we reuse nothing.

I
TAEPP-registered practitioners

Curriculum developers and adult educators registered on the National Adult Educator Registry.

II
Level 3 Senior AE under TAEPP

Led by a senior professional adult educator with close to one hundred courseware submissions.

III
2025 TPQA Outreach speaker

Invited by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to speak on best practices in strengthening training quality through effective AE systems and practices.

What we believe
Learning ought not to be priced out of reach of the people who most need to learn. The practice keeps its costs deliberately modest so the fees never find their way down to the learner.
FROM THE FOUNDER · KEITH HO
Our practice · our standing

A short heritage, plainly stated.

Four markers from the practice's correspondence, the milestones we feel comfortable putting on paper, and which a curious reader might want to weigh before writing to us.

Fields of expertise

Four practice areas,
one standard of care.

On engagement

Whenever it suits you, allow us to prepare an indicative figure. Our plans are tiered, sized to your scope, and ease with each further curriculum we develop.

I

Curriculum Development

Courses mapped to the Skills Framework, written for the room and ready for courseware submission.

We map every course first, to the technical and critical core skills of the relevant Skills Framework, or to the Course Approval Skills List where it sits outside WSQ. From that map we design the rest, the curriculum and lesson plans, the assessment plan and instruments, the trainer and learner guides. We submit the course on TPGateway on your behalf, and stay with it through SSG's queries until it is approved.

Sourcing and ATO Setup

The people and the registration, from the first conversation to your first cohort.

We introduce trainers and subject-matter experts to you at no cost, and accompany prospective and first-time training organisations through the whole of setup. From registration and accreditation to the moment your first cohort sits down.

TPQA and Compliance Advisory

Ready for the audit, long before the date is set.

It begins with a complimentary consultation on your TPQA and CQC standing, with a pre-audit gap analysis against SSG's criteria. We close the gaps, strengthen the operation where it needs it, and leave the documents in order and the work behind them already done.

Creative Marketing and Branding

Marketing that answers to enrolment, composed within the practice.

We treat marketing as commercial work, not decoration. Strategy and messaging, identity, websites and interfaces, and personal branding video with our partner PixPlaySG, each built to turn attention into enrolments and keep your cohorts full. The brand earns its place in the seats it fills.

Important answers

Frequent enquiries.

The questions most often put to the practice, answered plainly.

Accessible pricing is a design choice, not a discount. The practice is structured to that end. A community of senior practitioners working under modest overheads, no staffed office to maintain, no marketing budget to recover and no placement margin levied on the SMEs we source. The fee covers the work and the people doing it, and nothing more. We hold to it because the sector we serve, and the learners beyond it, are better off when good curriculum and sound advisory remain within reach of the providers who need them.

No. Our accreditations go only on work we have done ourselves. To lend them to a course written by someone else would misrepresent it to SSG, and a borrowed name will not survive the audit in any case. Where you have capable people of your own, we are glad to work alongside them. What we will not do is stand behind work that is not ours.

Every engagement is led by a Level 3 Senior Professional AE under TAEPP, accompanied by at least two DACE / DDDLP accredited curriculum developers, scaling to three where the engagement requires. We do not subcontract; every practitioner joins us by invitation.

Twenty minutes of correspondence, by call or by note, to understand the engagement, the timeline and the form of SSG funding that fits the course. We will tell you, plainly, whether the work is something we should take on and what it would cost. There is no obligation either way.
