Transitioning to more strategic roles, he took on programme development at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). Here, he demonstrated a keen ability to identify training gaps aligned with national frameworks, successfully securing accreditation and funding from bodies like SSG and the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). He also spearheaded the creation of e-learning modules, expanding the institute's market reach. Subsequently, as a Manager at the Singapore Productivity Centre, he led market analysis to drive programme revitalisation, most notably redesigning the "Food Productivity Specialist" programme to meet with industry demands.
The culmination of this experience saw him appointed as General Manager of Adept Academy Pte Ltd, where he directed the organisation's overall strategy and operations. In this leadership role, he led a comprehensive business transformation, guiding his team to a Grade 1 outcome in the Training Provider Quality Assessment (TPQA) Audit. He successfully restructured academic operations into a profit centre and forged strategic industry partnerships that generated substantial growth. His leadership in aligning courses with the IHRP Body of Competencies positioned the academy as a market leader, demonstrating a masterful ability to integrate curriculum development, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.
